In order to be eligible for a free assessment from the SNE-IAC, the company must meet the following requirements:

• The site must be less than 150 miles from UConn-Storrs campus.
• The NAICS industry code must be between 31100-33999.
• The SIC industry code must be between 2000-3999.
• The annual sales of the business must be less than $250 million.
• The business must have less than 500 employees.
• The annual energy cost of the business must be between $100,000 and $3.5 million.
• The business should not have any in-house energy professional.
